Video
The Video Control displays videos on Stage. Files, streams and local cameras can be sources for the Video Control. Besides all kinds of video formats the Video Control also supports audio files and streams. Files for playback are organized in the playlist of the Video Control.
Nice to know
The Video Control can be placed on the StreamDeck and expanded over multiple StreamDeck buttons. This results in a realtime preview of the video feed on the StreamDeck.
Properties
Video Source
Determines the source for the Video Control
Source | Description |
---|---|
Files/Streams | Enables the playlist for the Control that accepts vide files and streams. |
Camera | Enables the device selector to preview the stream from a local camera. |
WI/SD Quality
This Property determines the quality level for displaying the Video COntrol on Web Interfaces and StreamDecks. A lower quality setting may result in better performance.
Camera Selector
In Camera mode the device selector is visible and lists all available camera sources.
Media Playlist
In Files/Streams mode the playlist is visible. Elements can be added with the two buttons on the right above the playlist and removed with the button on the left above the playlist.
Video End Behaviour
Determines the behaviour of the Video Control when the end of the media file is reached.
The available options are:
Mode | Description |
---|---|
Stop | The Video Control stops until playback of the next playlist item is triggered. |
Repeat | Repeats the current media file. |
Next Item | Proceeds to play back the next media file in playlist. |
Fade
Determines the transition between media files.
The available options are:
Mode | Description |
---|---|
Cut | Cuts between the media files. |
Background | Transitions between two media files by fading over the Stage background. |
Cross | Cross-fades two media items. |
Maximize in Show Mode
If this Property is set the Video Control is maximized to fill the whole Stage when entering Show Mode.
Autoplay
If checked the first element of the playlist will be played when the project is loaded.
